Put another way, “Our clients are large and small. They’re folks who insist on dealing directly with creative people. We don’t do hand-me-downs with designers or clients. What’s that mean?

1. If you have a job to do, you talk to, deal with, email, call & meet with the designer. Not some go-between.
2. If you need to hit a tough deadline and we have to work on Friday night or Saturday morning, so be it.
3. We know what we’re doing.
